Your Dream Day

This package includes one planner for up to 15 hours on the wedding day. This is ideal for smaller weddings, weddings where the ceremony and reception are in the same location, and little to no setup and teardown is required of your planner. Package includes one hour rehearsal and meeting to confirm the schedule.

One planner can only be in one place at one time, so this package will be quoted based on the specific needs of the couple requesting it.

60 days before the wedding, we'll help you develop the final schedule & pull all of the details together. We offer hands on assistance creating your schedule, attending final vendor meetings, develop a final timeline & checklist of things you need to do & manage the day & weekend of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, we send a lead consultant (up to 15 hours) and two assistants (up to 10 hours) for the day to help with set up, tear down and make sure everything goes smoothly the day of.

Our signature package, this is our virtual partial planning and month of coordination package in one! Our consultant takes more of a 'guardian angel' role during the planning, providing you with vendor referrals, setting up vendor appointments, creating hotel blocks, etiquette, cost saving suggestions and assistance as needed by email, phone, or text message. 90 days before the wedding is crunch time and that's when the benefits of the 'month of / day of' coordination package kick in!

Need a little more help? The "Plus" package is a step up from the "Procrastinator's Package." It includes all the benefits of our signature package, plus two eight hour vendor day trips that we attend with you to help you book your dream wedding team (up to 15 hours of appointments over two days). We prescreen wedding vendors based on budget, style and personality; schedule two full days of appointments that we attend with you; and assist you in creating the design for your event.

This full service wedding planning package provides you with hands on assistance from start to finish. Our consultant takes a hands on role, providing you with event design, vendor referrals, attends all appointments, customized complete checklist of all wedding planning tasks, assists in negotiating contracts, etiquette, cost saving suggestions and assistance by email, phone, or text message. We can assist on other tasks, like RSVP management, mock tab or attending fittings, and manage the day.
